Arleta founded Marielle 24/7 Healthcare Services in 2022 One of the things in life that lights up my world is problem solving hence the reason why am drawn to the ever-evolving nature of the business world.
My educational background is International Business Management and Social Worker. I have had the opportunity to pave my career over the years and gained indispensable experience. I worked in Finance sector for over 6 years. Following that I worked in women in Prison (Holloway Prison) as a Support work for the last the 4 years. Following in healthcare sector mainly with Elderly and disabilities peoples where I spent over 12 years in roles. In that time, I grew from being a care assistant, to team leader, care coordinator, treatment coordinator, Business Development Manager, and social worker before landing myself the role of managing director. I take pride in developing teams, bringing the best out of people, and empowering them to realise their full potential.
I love a challenge and like to see things come to a rewarding end. If am not working you will find me cooking with my daughter, or being a foodie also means am always on the hunt for the best restaurants out there or shopping for fresh ingredients to try out new recipes. I enjoy reading, socialising with friends and family.
I love being able to provide people with the care they need and is a strong believer in the principles of Marielle 24/7 Healthcare Services. I began my career in care work when my father became ill with dementia, and I became inspired by the nurses helping to care for him. I was driven by her passion for offering the best personalised care services possible to the people who need it.
My best achievement in life I would say is being a mom. It put a lot of things into perspective and has without a doubt catalysed my ever-ambitious self to want to do better and hopefully inspire my daughter to dream big and reach for the stars!

MSc in Health and Social Care with Bolton University, MSc in International Management with Bolton University, MSc Operation Management and Data Analytics with Arden University, BSc Honours of science Business Management (People Management) with Bolton university, BSc Honours in Health and Social Care with Bolton university, HND in Health and Social Care Practice Level 4 and 5 Merit with Icon College, HND in Business and Management Level 4 and 5 Pass with WLCBM, DET Diploma in Education and Training (DET) Level 5 Pass with London of School of Commerce and IT – LSCI.
Milan, I began my career with care work in 1999, after my friend introduced me into the role and i found that it really resonated with him. While i has grown from career, Team leader, general manager over the years and social worker, i still loves working with people in their own homes, just like i did when i started.
I am responsible for the day-to-day running of Marielle 24/7 and makes sure that we maintain the standard and quality of services that we’re passionate about providing. With extensive experience in the field of care work, i has an in-depth understanding of the unique forms of support people need to live to their full potential. It’s this expertise that informs all my decisions on behalf of Marielle 24/7 Healthcare Services.
My passion for recruiting can be traced back in 2014 when my wife founded her first company in a the UK, and I was working with her and supporting my wife in recruiting staffs also negotiating business partner abroad and in the UK, this very worked well because we have business partnership around Europe which sets out to develop our business. I have a passion for recruitment work which l have done for the past 8 years.
I am an enthusiastic, ambitious, and hardworking social work with 20 years’ experience & an Accountant I did also worked has an Accountant for 5 years and switch myself into the healthcare sector which I have enjoyed all my life.
I am a dedicated to helping clients and their families and feels a great sense of privilege in being the first point of contact for people seeking care. From the first moment you get in touch with us, to the beginning of your care package, I will be there to ensure it all runs smoothly.
I also in charge of a lot of the behind-the-scenes admin work, making sure that everything is above board. my role is crucial to ensuring we can continue to offer the high standard of work we aspire to, and passionate about offering excellent customer service to all our clients.
I am a proud father of 1 amazing daughter who are my life and always make me happy with all that with all that she does. I enjoy traveling, and shopping. A day at the spa with my beautiful daughter and wife they are always my favorite.

As each day goes by, I aspire to be the best version of myself. I love my family, friends, work, and people in general. I am a constant cheerleader and enjoy celebrating other people’s successes and being part of their amazing journey.
I am a “foodie”, enjoy cooking, dinning out with my wife and friends, A day with my wife she’s always my favorite.
I have enjoyed a successful Management roles all of my life.
Working in Mental Health has taught me to be patient, empathetic, non-judgemental and a good listener. I intend to share my knowledge and experiences to uplift others and be instrumental in their quest for a successful and rewarding career and life in the UK.
Outside of the office I am a committed entrepreneur with vast years of experience providing services to the community. I have a passion for solving problems and building sustainable solutions. I am dedicated to seeing a project grow and prosper.
